The XCMG 240I Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig XR240I is a powerful multi-function machine designed for high efficiency and versatility. With advanced rotary drive, stronger winches, stable luffing mechanism, and modern hydraulic control, it ensures faster, safer, and more reliable performance in demanding piling projects.

  • The rotary drive can be equipped with a torque multiplier (optional). The casing drive torque is up to 360 kN·m and the casing construction ability is stronger.
  • The double jib parallelogram luffing mechanism has a large support angle and a 16% increase in the support range, making operation more stable.
  • XCMG 240I Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig XR240I is a multi-function machine that can realize the quick switching of functions such as cylinder pressurization, crowd winch pressurization, oscillator, CFA, and dual powerhead.
  • The capacity of the rotary drive and the main winch is increased by 20% and the work efficiency is higher.
